This is, after all, something we each have in common. =) PAGE 1 ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ NAME: Abigail GENDER: Female LIKES: Chasing squirrels DISLIKES: Not being included in every activity SPECIAL ABILITIES: None FUNNY STORY: Abigail loves to wander into the bathroom, grab the edge of the toilet paper roll on the holder and drag it through out the hall as far as she can before getting caught! UNIQUE QUALITIES: She likes to take naps in the "baby sling" that I made for her while I wear it and is at my computer. NAME: Blu GENDER: Male LIKES: His Kong filled with Peanut Butter DISLIKES: Being left in his kennel without his Kong and being at the Pet Spa on his leash. SPECIAL ABILITIES: Simple obedience, we are working on playing dead, and he can shake and dance. FUNNY STORY: His first encounter with horses was pretty darn funny. He thought they were his new best friends, and I don't think they saw it the same way. UNIQUE QUALITIES: His CONSTANT need for attention. if you aren't paying attention to him... he will find a way. NAME: Jewel GENDER: Female LIKES: To please her owner, coming out to the Pet Spa so she can bark at all the dogs, sleeping, LOVES to eat, to swim and play fetch in water, and she loves rubbings. DISLIKES: Other dogs, lemons, for you to grab her tail, her last drink of water.....she doesn't swallow it! SPECIAL ABILITIES: Shake, Crawl, Sit, Down, Stand, Heel, Fetch toys by their names, and sleep like a champ! OH! Enter her into an eating contest......she'd win! FUNNY STORY: She was sleeping in my room the other night and woke me out of a dead sleep from her fart. Good times. UNIQUE QUALITIES: She's mine! And her spots are very unique. One of them is in shape of a heart......how cute! NAME: Osito GENDER: Male LIKES: Chicken, choclate & playing ball DISLIKES: Perfume, showers & brushing hair SPECIAL ABILITIES: He jumps really high almost 4 feet into the air. FUNNY STORY: He was playing with my little cousin and she went on the floor then he tried to put her pigtails in his mouth and drag her along. UNIQUE QUALITIES: He is mine and he is always happy when I walk through the door and always defends me when my older brother tries to hit me. NAME: Misty GENDER: Female LIKES: Her walks and food! Misty is a huge fan of holding hands and will constantly place her paw in your hand. DISLIKES: The vet and loud noises. SPECIAL ABILITIES: None FUNNY STORY: When Misty was a puppy she leaped into a lake covered in moss, thinking it was grass. She hasn't been near water since. ;) UNIQUE QUALITIES: She and Pip a fantastic pair and work together all the time (Which can be annoying as Pip will jump and knock something off a shelf, then Misty will chew off the lid and they'll both tuck in!) They're both fantastic dogs! NAME: Scar GENDER: Male LIKES: Food and Pacifiers =D DISLIKES: Fake Bones SPECIAL ABILITIES: He runs super fast. FUNNY STORY: Him acting all sneaky towards my cat. He was as quiet as a ghost! UNIQUE QUALITIES: His half black/Half white face. NAME: Pip GENDER: Female LIKES: Her walks and food! And she likes to lie in the garden and sunbathe. DISLIKES: The vet and loud noises. SPECIAL ABILITIES: Pip is able to go up on her back to legs and turn in circles. We call it her Ballet Dance! FUNNY STORY: As seen in the picture above, Pip loves climbing up onto Misty and lying there all day, much to Misty's annoyance. UNIQUE QUALITIES: She and Misty a fantastic pair and work together all the time (Which can be annoying as Pip will jump and knock something off a shelf, then Misty will chew off the lid and they'll both tuck in!) They're both fantastic dogs! NAME: Bruce GENDER: Male (Pure Breed Shi Tzu) LIKES: To sleep, run around, washing, grooming, eating, chewing on stuffed animals often destroying them DISLIKES: Taking medicine and putting on clothes SPECIAL ABILITIES: Dancing, Rolling over, sitting, laying down, shaking hands (or paws), Standing on two legs, begging, being cute FUNNY STORY: As Bruce was playing with one of his many stuffed animals he kept tossing it up into the air and shaking it in his mouth. One time he tossed it into the air and it landed on the table. Once he noticed that the toy did not come back down he started to search everywhere for it. I thought it was so funny how he didn't realize that it had landed on the table as he searched on the couch, under the table, and anywhere else until I handed it back to him and he continued playing. UNIQUE QUALITIES: Bruce is unique because he not only was he saved from going to the pound he cheered up our other dog. Our other dog (blue, a grown male black lab) came from the pound it was obvious that he was abused when we got him home. He was always sad. Once we got Bruce who was always full of energy he cheered Blue right up and now they are attached at the hind legs. It's so cute to see them together. NAME: Peanut GENDER: Female LIKES: Favorite squeky toy, food, meeting other dogs, swimming in pool, and being petted affectionatly. DISLIKES: Loud noises, and being left alone. SPECIAL ABILITIES: Me and my dad where playing in the pool and Peanut was barking and all the sudden she just leaps in the water and starts playing. FUNNY STORY: She was the friendliest and sweetest dog to ever live. She cared so much for us and others and was very playful. UNIQUE QUALITIES: Sadly Peanut died September 18th, 2006 I think of her every day. NAME: Bowser the Schnauzer GENDER: Male LIKES: Treats, Walks, Bubbles, His Toys, and ME! DISLIKES: Blowing in the face, Stealing his Toys, and Cats. SPECIAL ABILITIES: Being CUTE, and a FAST learner. FUNNY STORY: One day Bowser was SO excited that he ROLLED down the top of the stairs! lol. UNIQUE QUALITIES: How his name rhymes with his breed! And because he was supposed to be COMPLETELY black with white paws, but he turned into a grayish-blackish pup! NAME: Lacy GENDER: Female aged 14 months LIKES: Playing fetch, going for walks and greeting family members each morning. DISLIKES: Being left alone and the baby gate. SPECIAL ABILITIES: Learns very quickly and enjoys learning new stuff. She can sit, down, roll over, stay, fetch, dance, and heel. FUNNY STORY: Lacy loves to sneak and get the toilet paper anytime she thinks no one is watching, she makes the biggest mess with it. UNIQUE QUALITIES: She likes to play hide and seek, someone will hide and she will come into the room and we ask her where the person is and she starts searching and then barks at them when she finds them. NAME: Schnitzel GENDER: Male LIKES: People food, mommy's hair ties, sitting on laps, playing with other dogs. DISLIKES: Eye drops, ear drops, being alone, water. SPECIAL ABILITIES: Singing to Justin's trumpet playing. FUNNY STORY:#1, Interrupted Christmas dinner by laying on the floor and snoring like a buzz saw. #2, Every time he needs to go he has to run in circles as fast as possible to work it out. UNIQUE QUALITIES: He has flown internationally and didn't make a noise in the plane! NAME: Bimbi GENDER: Female LIKES: Playing with other dogs, lots of attention. DISLIKES: Being alone. SPECIAL ABILITIES: Simple obedience. FUNNY STORY: Once she started chasing and barking at one cat, and then another cat came and chased her away. UNIQUE QUALITIES: Climbing on trees, standing on her back legs. NAME: Kuzco GENDER: Male LIKES: eating, treats, sniffing other dogs, trash and ME! DISLIKES: The vet, strangers, TV, and not being played with SPECIAL ABILITIES: Sit, Down, Play dead ( we're still working on it though) FUNNY STORY: I was petting him and then my mom came and started clapping and Kuzco started growling. HAHA! good times. UNIQUE QUALITIES: He is unique because he has green eyes and has a pink nose LOL XD Mandy, She came to us one late spring day, One small round ball of black and white fur, Tumbling across the back yard. Her soft wet kisses licked my face to dry my tears, And big brown eyes searched deep my soul to touch my aching heart. NAME: Dawn's Mischievous Miss Mandy aka "Mandy" GENDER: Female LIKES: Digging, sleeping on the bed on her back with her legs up, any food, especially if you're eating it, paper and cardboard. DISLIKES: Nail clipping and baths SPECIAL ABILITIES: She's very bright and knows many tricks , over, around, take a bow, shake, crawl, get Mommy's slippers and takes hand directions not only for commands but also as directional, such as over there and she'll go where you point. Never had a dog that would do that before. FUNNY STORY: The funniest thing is to see her try to bring in the weekend newspaper. She does just fine with the daily paper but the weekend is about 5 times bigger. She grabs it by the end and then pulls it up the stairs backwards. UNIQUE QUALITIES: You just can't get mad at her. She'll dig a hole in the back yard and as much as you want to scold her she just looks so cute with dirt on her nose you can't do anything but laugh as you refill the hole. ADDITIONAL INFO: Mandy came to us after we lost our other Springer, Molly. We had been so sad for several months and then here she was, to Massachusetts from Alabama. She immediately won over our hearts. NAME: Murray GENDER: Male LIKES: Being cuddled DISLIKES: Getting in trouble, being alone SPECIAL ABILITIES: Small, so he can jump up on people without knocking them over! FUNNY STORY: It was SO cute when I saw he brought his food onto the bed! UNIQUE QUALITIES: His curly fur and cute big eyes are only 2 of his unique qualities! NAME: Cocoa GENDER: Female LIKES: Play with stuffed animals DISLIKES: Being left home alone SPECIAL ABILITIES: Can jump really high FUNNY STORY: You know in cartoons, when the dog chases the cat around? Well with Cocoa and my cat Rascal, it's the other way around! UNIQUE QUALITIES: From what I hear, there aren't too many brown chihuahuas. And her nails are black and white. NAME: Sonnie GENDER: Male LIKES: Cheese, Sunning himself by the window, Car rides, and playing with his squeekie toys DISLIKES: Windy days, being told No, Thunder SPECIAL ABILITIES: Singing, rolling over on cue, chasing his tail, and looking so cute FUNNY STORY: I found out he likes to sing... UNIQUE QUALITIES: He goes out of his way to try to make you feel better when your having a bad day..and does it with Kisses!! NAME: Poppy GENDER: Female LIKES: Food, being brushed and swimming DISLIKES: Rain and apples SPECIAL ABILITIES: Taking Me for a Walk FUNNY STORY: I just bought an ice-cream and I went to sit on a park bench. I missed the bench and landed on the floor. Poppy ate my ice-cream. The ice-cream van had just drove off. UNIQUE QUALITIES: Her fab hair!!!!! NAME: Nika GENDER: Female LIKES: All the food DISLIKES: Popcorns and chocolate SPECIAL ABILITIES: None FUNNY STORY: When she was baby she sleep all the day but in the night she get crazy and attack us.
