Well, there seems to be a lot of questions coming in and issues coming up. Here I will try to answer a few of your questions to save both of us time. =p


Can I be on your staff?
Ummm... no. There is no staff except for me. Why you ask? Because I'm very particular about how tasks are completed and with all of the time and effort I'd spend instructing someone on what I want, I might as well do it myself. Nothing personal.


Do you want to be on my staff?
If you had any idea how much free time I actually have, you wouldn't be asking me this question. Seriously, I hardly get sleep as it is without doing your work for you. So, no.


Do you give personal instructions?
Again, I have time issues. There's no way I'd be able to sit down and instruct you in the many vast graphic or HTML issues you might have... especially if you're not the only one that is asking. I do like to help people, but the only way I can do that for everyone is how I have been doing it thus far... by putting up a variety of graphics that everyone can use and having a simple HTML page to help you along the way.


Can you make mall buttons?
You will probably see some eventually on Royal Ladybug, but at the moment that is down at the bottom of my "To Do" list. Do feel free to send in your ideas on what you think would make good mall buttons. It might inspire me, you never know.


What programs do you use to make your graphics?
I use Paint Shop Pro and sometimes Animation Shop for animations. Jasc.com has a free trial download if you want to give it a whirl. Also, you can search Google for PSP tutorials, which is how I learned to do everything I do.

(I put an Amazon link up because they generally have the best prices. I wouldn't buy directly from Jasc. But you can download their free trial 1st to see if you like it.)


Will you make me something personalized?
If you are my mom, my daughter, my cousin or one of my very few best friends, then yes. Otherwise, I'm sorry, I don't have time. In a perfect world, I would be able to beautifully design each and every person the graphic of their dreams, but I have to be satisfied with putting up a variety of things everyone can choose from and enjoy.


Why didn't you fill my request?
This could be for a number of reasons.
#1: Maybe I couldn't find the graphics to create your idea. I don't draw the pictures myself. I hunt for them and if I turn up empty-handed, there's nothing I can do about it.
#2: Perhaps I haven't a clue how to go about your request and don't want to attempt it for fear of screwing it up. I created what I thought was a pwnful "Punisher" lookup, but then the guy wrote back and told me I needed to change just about everything about it. So I don't go where I've not been anymore.
#3: MAYbe I haven't gotten to your request and you just need to be more patient. I currently have so many pending requests it takes me quite a while just read them all, let alone create them. I'm only one person with a real world job and a family. Just relax, sip some tea, play some neo games, and check back later. I'll probably get to your request eventually.
#4: Then again, if you submitted the same request over and over again, I've probably begun to view you as nothing more than a yapping puppy that I intend ignore.


Why did you mess up my request?
Hey. I never claimed to be a genius or the greatest at anything. I do the best I can and I certainly don't intend to create a mess out of your request. Sometimes that happens, though, when you've never heard of the requested theme or when the person's request is written unclearly or in incoherent gibberish.


Do you play on Neopets?
LOL! Sort of. I have an account (tamarashannonhall) and I do try to keep up with the plots, etc. But because of my daily agenda, I don't have much time to get on there and do what I really would like to do. (i.e. play games, chat up my friends and RS like crazy)


I really like your ___(fill in the blank)___ layout. But could you change ___(fill in the blank)___ on it?
Unless it's an obvious blunder or an important characteristic, then no. I won't go back and redo something that's already been added to the site... especially not to personalize it.


Why didn't you write me back?
Listen, I'm sure you're a lovely person and you have a lot to offer in a friendship. However, I spend every waking moment working on projects and completing tasks. I wish I had time to reply to everyone, but I'm afraid I don't. It's nothing against you. Personally, I recommend that you cherish your free time and spend it doing what you really enjoy rather than chatting up total strangers. Unless chatting up total strangers is what you enjoy. If that's the case, then you should go HERE. LOL!


Can I host your images using my own server/host?
As long as the credits remain on my graphics/layouts, then yes you can use your own image host.


Can I use part of one of your layouts and mix it with something else?
Again, as long as I get full credit for the parts I'VE done then you can use them however you wish.


Will you ever have music codes on your site?
No. Not only is the hosting and bandwidth usage ridiculous for music midis, but music in shops and lookups is annoying. It takes too long to load and a lot of people listen to music on their PC while they surf, which would most likely clash with whatever music you might decide to force your visitors to listen to. Therefore, sorry, but no music will ever be added. And here's a little helpful tip for you, if you like people visiting your shop and/or lookup, most people will stay longer if there is no music.


Why doesn't the layout show up correctly in my browser?

Why are images cut off or blocked?
Here's where you learn how knowledgeable I truly am. I normally check my layouts in Internet Explorer and Firefox, but when I began pumping out layouts, I didn't realize how vastly different some browsers are. In fact, there are even differences in the way I see something in Firefox and the way someone else sees the same thing in their Firefox browser. I had no idea it was that complicated. Truth be told, I don't know how to rectify that. I wish I did because I want everyone to be able to enjoy my graphics, but I'm afraid that I'm just an amateur at this stuff. So you'll have to forgive me for my shortcomings.


Your home page says you've added something new. Why isn't it showing up? Have you just not put it up?
If it's in the update blog on the home page, then trust me. It's up. The update news is the last thing I do when I'm updating. But don't worry. A few people have had the same problem. Here are 3 things you can do that might help...
1) Refresh the page and check again.
2) Hold down "shift" and refresh again.
3) For Internet Explorer users:
Go to Tools -> Internet Options -> General Tab -> Browsing History -> Settings Button -> Check for newer versions of stored pages -> "Every time I visit the webpage".
**If anyone knows how to accomplish the same thing in Firefox, I would love to put it on here (credit will be given).


If I pay you or give you something, will you make something special for me?
No. That is against Neopets T&C. And besides, I don't do what I do to get something back, so bribing me will be futile anyway. Either learn how to create your own "something special" or try and settle for what I've got here. Sorry.


I see that you have a ___(fill in the blank)___ layout, but I need a change. Can you make a different one but with that theme?
Sure, I'll use up all of my time to make 40 Miley Cyrus lookups and ignore the rest of the population who doesn't even know who that is. O_o I hope you sense the sarcasm. Look, I appreciate that you don't want to sport the same "look" forever. But I have such a wide horizon of requests that there's less than a .00001% chance that I'll repeat a specific theme for a layout. I'm here to make a little something for everyone, and I'm sure you're aware the the world of Neopia has an infinite number of particular interests. I hope you understand where I'm coming from.


Your credit banner absolutely clashes with my page. Can I make my own that matches my theme?
I, of all people, understand how everything absolutely MUST match or sleep will be lost over it. *laughs* Therefore, YES, if you'd like to make a different banner that matches or simply text my credits onto your page, then I am flexible. As long as you don't remove the credits all together and I get props for the work I've done, then I'm happy.


Do you have spyware or any other harmful or annoying hidden programs on your site?
Absolutely, positively NOT!!! I despise spyware, CGers, and scammers. I will never have anything like that or even associate myself with a site that does. Someone neomailed me and told me my site brought up a warning from Norton I believe. The only thing I can think of that caused that was that my cursors are hosted on freewebs because my site host won't do it. The cursors are 100% harmless, but Norton doesn't like the freewebs site so it is likely that this is the reason for any alerts. Sorry if this scared anyone. I might eventually change cursors hosts to put everyone at ease.
