NOTE: I have moved back to the US and I will soon be working a full time
job. This WILL limit my ability to pump out graphics like I used to. I still welcome your ideas, but I make no promises
that your idea will be selected for a layout. There are simply WAY too many requests to make everyone happy. I wish I
could, but I am a mere mortal. =p

Are you going to ask me something that is in my FAQ?
Please read the FAQ. I will delete mail from individuals who have not. You want MY time, it is only fair
that you give me yours.
Are you going to ask me to Neomail you?
There is no way. SO many people request that I contact them. If I did as requested, I would be here
from sunup to sundown replying. It is not personal. I know there are kind people out there that I
could become great friends with, but truly, I do not have time. =( And I especially do not have time to
contact you to tell you if I have a specific graphic you desire. You must keep an eye on the site. I log
every update I do on the Home Page.
Are you going to ask me how to make, add or change something on my layouts for you?
As much as I'd like to help, again, a time issue. Coding is far more complicated then simply typing
"I want a picture to fade right here" or "I want my background to be smaller and in the middle" in
your html code box. Even if I held a seminar on coding with a room full of people, it still could take all day.
I recommend you do a Google search on html tutorials and figure out what you want all by yourself.
Are you going to ask me to make you something custom just for you or your guild?
Please do not. It will be deleted. I can't make something special for everyone. So to be fair, I cannot do it
for anyone. (exception: my mummy, my family and my best friends.)
Are you going to ask me if I will do something for payment?
No. It is against Neopets' Terms & Conditions. And besides, that isn't fair to people who do not have anything
to offer.
Are you going to ask me to make something that won't be popular?
I appreciate that you might like a specific character from a specific show, or a certain type of car,
animal, or sports team. But I must make graphics for a large group of people in a short amount of time. I cannot get too
specific or unique. If I do, I will have a lot of graphics that only a few can use. I suggest you try in discover
how you can make precisely what YOU want on your own.
Are you going to ask me if you can use part of my layouts?
YES! You can. BUT... you must credit my site (royaladybug.com) for any coding or graphics that you use that
were done by me. I definitely approve of you getting in touch with your creative side and making something special
for yourself. But remember, I have done part of your work for you. How 'bout some props? ;o) (If credit is not given,
this is considered theft by TNT. It is a reportable offense. Save us both the trouble, will ya?)
Are you going to ask me to put music on my site?
The answer is no. Read my FAQ.
Are you going to ask me to make something themed with a specific Neopet (i.e. Cloud Gnorbu, Royal Kougra, Disco Skeith, etc.)?
There are too many types of pets to make everyone happy. I'm sorry.
Are you going to ask me to create a layout using a theme I've already created a layout for?
Don't. Again, read my FAQ.
Are you going to ask me to make a pet page or pet profile layout?
At one time I had pet lookups for every paint color in Neopia. As soon as I finished making them, Neopets
completely changed their site, rendering them useless. I have since then been disgruntled. I do not think I will
do pet lookups again. That was a lot of work for nothing, and it's bad enough I've had to start over again on
Lookups and Shops. Grrr!
As for Pet Pages, heh. WAY too much involved with those. Why don't you have a go at it?

Are you about to ask me to make a layout without specifying whether it is a guild, shop, or user lookup?
I do not have psychic abilities. If you say you want a ladybug layout and do not specify for which page, I will
most likely make a user lookup. Keep that in mind.
Are you going to ask me why one of my OLD premades, which was created for Neopets old layout, doesn't look right?
Listen, a while ago I had many MANY beautiful layouts. Then Neopets rearranged their site entirely. I have
left some of the old layouts up because they still look all right for some people. Truthfully though, the
old layouts are close to useless. I recommend the new layouts because they look good on all computers and
all web browsers. The old layouts simply cannot be repaired. I'm sorry. Trust me. I tried.
Are you going to report someone for misusing my coding, graphics or layouts?
Awesome! Yes, I want to know. This is a reportable offense on Neopets. Claiming to have done something all
by yourself when actually someone else sacrificed the time and toil is selfish and despicable. I want to know
who is willing to completely disregard someone else's good intentions (i.e. free layouts for all) so I can
swiftly rectify the matter. >:( (Exception: The animations on my site are not created by me. They are found all over
the public internet. So if you see someone using an animation that looks like mine without credits
(other than the bobbleheads) do not worry about it.)
