Here are some links that I think will be helpful with your Neopets life (and a couple outside Neo Life). I use Jasc Paint Shop Pro to create all of my graphics, for which there is a link below. I also use Jasc Animation Shop to create my Animations. It comes with PSP, by the way. I was not born with the knowledge of creating nice clean graphics. I did a lot of Google searches on PSP tutorials and HTML help and tips. I recommend you do the same. *wink* There are tons of informative tutorials out there for anything you could ever want to create.
